James Damiano vs. Bob Dylan / Copyright Infringement
Displayed below is James Damiano's 1988 Copyright registration with the Library of Congress. This copyright included a song titled "Steel Guitars"
which was compared to a song released by Bob Dylan in December of 1994 titled Dignity"
Dylan recorded "Dignity" shortly after he met with James Damiano in Jones Beach in 1988 yet he didn't copyright "Dignity" untill December of 1994.
At the 1995 Grammy awards Dignity was nominated for a grammy as the best rock song of the year.

This letter was sent to James Damiano in August of 1988.
James was given Bob Dylan's personal P.O. Box to send materials to. He was also given a P.O. Box address who James later found out that it was Jeff Rosen's box who is Bob Dylan's publisher. Displayed below is a certified mail receipt signed for by someone in Dylan's publisher Jeff Rosen's office
